What is your return policy for custom-built computers?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, though a restocking fee may apply to custom-configured systems.
Does MAINGEAR ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival.
Can I upgrade my MAINGEAR PC in the future without voiding the warranty?
Absolutely. We encourage enthusiasts to upgrade their systems. Opening your case and adding components does not void your warranty, though the warranty will not cover third-party parts or damage caused during their installation.
